Common Sense Adoption Services, Inc. is a non-profit adoption agency licensed to do adoption work in Pennsylvania. Our mission is to bring together people who want to parent with kids who need a family. Even if we aren't the right agency to serve a specific child or family, we try to get you to the right folks. 

We know that adoption is a big decision, a lifetime commitment. Most folks want to learn as much as they can, maybe read and research a little before taking that first step of contacting an adoption agency. We think that's a good thing and try to help people like you make the right choices - and to feel comfortable when you finally do decide to call us. 

Adoption is also a very personal decision. We think it is important that when you call you can talk to a real person about your own, personal situation. When you feel ready, we have an experienced adoption professional ready to meet with you to answer your specific questions, concerns and fears about the adoption process. There is no charge or obligation for meeting with us. 

Common Sense Adoption Services works directly with children and families to facilitate adoptions.  We work mostly in the central and south central part of Pennsylvania – roughly anywhere within a 2 hour radius of Harrisburg – the state capital.
