Common Sense Adoption Services is a licensed, non-profit adoption agency located in Mechanicsburg, PA.  We serve families throughout Pennsylvania in all aspects of adoption – from those just starting to learn about adoption to those for whom this has been a lifetime experience. 

At Common Sense Adoption Services we know that adoption is a wonderful way of building families, but one that is different from how many families are grown.  Our commitment is to helping everyone in this process to learn, ask questions and share experiences so that they can meet the challenges of adoption with confidence and understanding.
